I would just like to add that the video Vicki had made of the house which was occupied by 5 girl student at the time was excellent and showed the house in an exceptionally positive way . Thanks has to go to her for the staging and to whoever took the video!! We had over 40 showings in less than 7 very snowy days which is outstanding. I have dealt with Vicki before when I bought this house and she helped me get in in 3 days after I spoke to her and what I was looking for, which other agent I had in kitchener couldn't do for months. She is very professional and hard worker and advised me about little things that would make my house more appealing to byers. Also brought a stager to give me ideas. Even though the seller market is tough I we managed to sell in less than 3 weeks.
