“Never say no to yourself—ask for what you want and we’ll figure out how to make it happen.” That motto has earned Lyle Harlow the reputation among his clients and colleagues for being able to negotiate extraordinary deals for both sellers and buyers alike. It has enabled him to build a loyal enthusiastic client base over the past 16 years.
A graduate of the College of William & Mary in Virginia and the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Business, he came to Chicago in 1998 to work for Ford Motor Company in marketing, sales and franchising. Lyle began his career in real estate at Koenig & Strey in 2003 and came to North Clybourn Group in August of 2017.
As an MBA-educated, seven-year veteran of the corporate world and a corporate mobility specialist, Lyle's areas of expertise include helping corporate clients relocating to Chicago, guiding first-time buyers through their first purchase, assisting families who want to raise their children in the city to find the perfect home in the elementary school drawing area of their choice, and everything in-between. His extensive neighborhood knowledge extends all the way across the city and near suburbs; north to Evanston, west to Oak Park and south past Hyde Park. “The only way to do a top-notch job for my clients, particularly those who are buying their first home in Chicago, is to know the city neighborhood by neighborhood, inside and out,” he comments.
