Buyers: The first step is getting my Buyers ready to go with bringing them up to speed on market conditions, logistics, financing expectations, and understanding their wants, needs, goals and expectations. From that point, we hit the ground running, looking for the most suitable opportunities. We not only have access to the local MLS listings, but we have access to multiple streams of off-market listings, an extensive Seller database, and a broader scope into non-local MLS listings.

Sellers: With my team, we bring one of the most unique and comprehensive Selling experiences in the marketplace. Our marketing package is not only priced extremely competitively, but we also offer services and addons overlooked or not comfortable to your average Realtor.

Investors: As a local real estate investor myself, I bring to the table not only my own experience from many successes, failures, and absorbed knowledge over the years, but valuable content, resources, skillets, and coaching. Investors can count on me to help guide them to finding solid deals on market, off-market, or from other uncommon sources which I’ve worked hard to secure over the past years in the business.
