I'm a first-generation Greek-Canadian who's been able to benefit from the sacrifices my parents made coming to this country. My ideology around real estate has always been about being authentic and I pride myself on being transparent and honest. I've niched down my business to avoid the stigma of jack of all trades, master of none. I primarily focus on upsizing families as well as investors looking to make a safe investment but always enjoy working with a first time home buyer to bring their real estate dreams into reality.

Buyers: The buying process starts with the pre-approval. Knowing what you can afford sets up your expectation for the buying process and with my rolodex of contacts for all different facets of Real Estate, I will ensure you are set up for success! Once we're all set with the financials, it's time to set up your search with a realistic criteria that falls within it. While the automated searches are convenient, in a market such as Toronto, it's important to check daily to see what properties you might be able to snatch up asap. Once we've found the right homes to view, I'll arrange appointments accordingly! We'll go check out the home, figure out if it's a right fit and if so, we'll move on to the paperwork process. Once the paperwork is complete, I have a great team of lawyers, inspections and tradespeople at your service if required.
