The average home price in the London & St. Thomas area increased by 6.9% in March compared to the same month last year.
February 2020
February 2020 saw home prices increase for London and St. Thomas area. Average home prices raised by 13% to $445,535 in February compared to last year. Home sales also saw a significant increase of 23.7% compared to last year to a total of 740 residential real estate transactions.
